Travel Tips for Fitness

1. Be Annoying - be that person with 3 bags, a cooler of food, and all your mobility tools

2. Food - always assume there won't be food so bring it with you

3. Give yourself time - your everyday life is set up to your convenience so when you travel it will take you longer to get everything together. Add this extra time in to your calculations so that you aren't stressed out

4. Don't be in a rush - get out of the car and stretch, go to the bathroom, etc every hour

5. ESPN - your only friend.
