I have recently upped my working out and it has caused me to realize two things:
- Its all mental - Your body can always move in some fashion. Your body can operate at 80-90% at all times. You have to convince yourself to wake up and get the work done.
- Stop limiting yourself - If its all mental than why are you telling yourself you can't wake up, your too tired, you feel drained, etc? Why are you telling yourself there is no time to stretch, foam roll, soak, and sleep? Why are you being the limit to your potential.
